About Organize PDF Pages
Organize PDF Pages shows every page of your PDF as a thumbnail so you can fix the document in one place. Drag a page to a new position or use the arrow buttons, rotate a page left or right, or mark a page for deletion, and then save everything as a new PDF.
The original file is never changed. The new PDF contains the pages you kept, in the order and rotation you chose, and all the work is done in your browser, so the file is not uploaded. Bookmarks and form fields are not carried over to the new file.
How to use Organize PDF Pages
- Choose a PDF.
- Drag pages to reorder them, or use the arrow buttons.
- Rotate pages or press the cross to delete the ones you do not need.
- Press Save organized PDF and download the result.

How do I rearrange the pages of a PDF?
Choose your PDF, drag each page thumbnail to the position you want (or press its left and right arrow buttons), and press Save organized PDF.
Can I rotate and delete pages at the same time?
Yes. Each page has rotate left, rotate right and delete buttons, so you can reorder, rotate and remove pages in one pass and save once.
Is my original PDF changed?
No. The tool builds a new PDF and your original file stays exactly as it was.
Are bookmarks and form fields kept?
No. The new PDF is built from the page content, so bookmarks and interactive form fields are not carried over. Page content, images and text are kept.
How many pages can I organize?
Up to 300 pages at a time. For a longer PDF, split it into parts with Split PDF, organize each part and merge them again.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is read and rewritten inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
Is there a watermark?
As a guest or on the free plan, downloads include a small Toolysite.com notice at the bottom of each page. Paid plans download without it.
Is my data safe?
Yes. This tool runs in your browser, so what you type or open stays on your device and is not uploaded to Toolysite.
What is the file size limit?
This tool runs in your browser and accepts files up to 40 MB each. Server-processed tools allow free users 40 MB per file and 5 jobs/day; Premium allows larger files.
Is anything saved?
Nothing you enter is saved on our servers. Only preferences such as favourites and recently used tools are kept in your browser.
