By accessing or using Toolysite, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") governing your access to Toolysite, including its websites, software utilities, document processing tools, media converters, barcode and QR code generators, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Sonryan Technologies. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms. Minors may use the Services only where permitted by applicable law and with required parental authorization.

2. Description of Services

Toolysite provides: PDF creation, editing, merging, splitting, compression and conversion; image conversion, compression, editing and resizing; video and audio conversion and processing; barcode and QR code generation; text formatting and productivity utilities; invoice, receipt, certificate and document templates; calculators, converters, and other digital services. Availability may vary and features may change.

3. No Warranty and Output Accuracy

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Automated processing may produce inaccurate results or unexpected output. Users are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

4. Legal, Financial and Professional Disclaimer

Documents generated through Toolysite (invoices, receipts, certificates, agreements) are general-purpose templates. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or medical advice. Sonryan Technologies does not certify legal validity or official acceptance of generated documents. Users are responsible for regulatory compliance.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Toolysite to: create forged identification or government documents; impersonate individuals or institutions; upload malware or harmful scripts; attempt unauthorized system access; use for phishing, scams, or financial fraud; infringe intellectual property rights; create non-consensual intimate imagery or CSAM; overload or disrupt the Services; or circumvent security restrictions.

6. User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of uploaded files and content. By submitting content, you represent you have necessary rights and authorization. You grant Sonryan Technologies a limited, non-exclusive authorization to process and transmit content solely to provide the requested Services. This does not transfer ownership. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.

7. File Processing, Storage and Deletion

Some Services process files in your browser; others require server-side processing. Server-processed files are automatically deleted within 1 hour. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove files from backups or security logs. Toolysite is not intended as a permanent backup service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Services may involve processing personal information, uploaded files, cookies, and usage data. Our Privacy Policy explains data collection, purposes, retention, and user rights. Do not upload another person's confidential information without authorization. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

9. Free Services, Usage Limits and Watermarks

Free Services include restrictions on file size (30 MB), processing frequency (5 jobs/day), and other resources. Outputs from free tier may contain a visible Toolysite or Sonryan Technologies watermark. Premium plans (Starter $5/mo, Pro $15/mo, Ultra $29/mo) remove watermarks and increase limits. Watermarking does not transfer ownership of user content to Sonryan Technologies.

10. Barcodes, QR Codes and Generated Identifiers

Creating a barcode image does not automatically register identifiers with GS1 or any official registry. Users must obtain valid licensed identifiers where required. We do not guarantee acceptance by all scanners or platforms.

11. Document and Media Conversion

Processing may modify document layouts, fonts, metadata, resolution, or compression. We do not guarantee perfect reproduction. Users must verify processed outputs before distributing or relying on them. Some formats may be subject to third-party license conditions.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

The Toolysite platform, design, branding, and original content belong to Sonryan Technologies or its licensors. Third-party components and open-source libraries remain subject to their respective licenses. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use the Services. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of platform components is prohibited.

13. Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be affected by maintenance, hosting failures, cybersecurity incidents, or circumstances outside our control. We may provide advance notice of significant planned interruptions where practicable.

14. Security and Responsible Disclosure

Users must not test, exploit, or compromise Toolysite infrastructure without authorization. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported privately through our contact channel. Do not publicly disclose confidential credentials or exploitable vulnerabilities obtained through unauthorized activity.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, unauthorized automated usage, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice or opportunity to resolve the issue.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonryan Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. For claims where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service during the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify Sonryan Technologies against third-party claims arising from the user's unlawful activities, material violations of these Terms, unauthorized intellectual property use, or fraudulent content submitted by the user.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sindh, Pakistan. Parties are encouraged to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in Services or applicable law. The current version will display its effective date. Where material changes significantly affect user rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
