Getting Started
• Do I need an account? No. Many essential browser-based tools work without registration. A free account gives you higher limits, saved preferences, and access to rewards.
• How do I find a tool? Use the search bar, press Ctrl+K (Windows) or Cmd+K (Mac), or browse tool categories.
Files and Conversions
• Why did my conversion fail? Check that your file is supported, within your plan's size limit, and not corrupted or password-protected. Try again or contact support if the problem continues.
• Where are my files processed? Tools marked âš¡ Browser run entirely in your browser — files never leave your device. Tools marked â˜ï¸ Cloud require server-side processing.
• How long are uploaded files stored? Server-processed files are automatically deleted within 1 hour. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Free Accounts and Credits
• Free users: 5 jobs/day, 30 MB file limit, all browser tools included
• Earn bonus credits by following our social channels, sharing Toolysite, or watching videos
• 10 credits = 5 bonus jobs added to your daily limit
• When you reach your daily limit: wait for reset, use earned credits, or upgrade to a premium plan
Premium Plans
• Starter ($5/mo): 200 MB, unlimited jobs, no watermark, email support
• Pro ($15/mo): 1 GB, unlimited jobs, no watermark, priority processing — Most Popular
• Ultra ($29/mo): 3 GB+, unlimited jobs, no watermark, fastest processing, VIP support
• Payment integration coming soon. Email [email protected] to upgrade. Cancel anytime. Refund within 7 days if not satisfied.
Troubleshooting
• A tool is not working? Refresh the page (Ctrl+F5), check your file format and size, verify your internet connection for cloud tools, and try an up-to-date browser.
• If the issue continues, contact support with the tool name, browser details, and any error message shown.
